What's the best time of day to study?

Trick question, there is no one best time to study! It varies based on every individual's specific schedule and needs. Some students are early risers and most alert in the morning. Whereas others are groggy and not fully awake until mid-afternoon. So when should you study?

📚 Study when YOU feel most alert and can concentrate without distractions.

⏳ Aim for 45–60 minute study sessions with 5–10 minute breaks.

🌙 Avoid waiting until the night before to study. The night before should focus on a light review of what you know and getting enough sleep.

Starting the year strong builds confidence that lasts. đź’Ş

School can be similar to playing sports when it comes to confidence. When you’re winning, your confidence is high; when you’re losing it’s tougher to stay confident and believe in yourself.

In sports, coaches help keep your confidence up. Many teams have multiple coaches. In school, there’s one teacher to 30 students, so it’s up to the students themselves to seek help when they aren’t understanding the material.

That’s where tutors come in!

A tutor is like a coach, but for school! Tutors build confidence and make sure your student is learning the skills needed to perform their best whether it’s on tests or homework.

Get a tutor and stay confident!

You keep the schedule, let tutoring keep the balance.

Sports, clubs, and other after-school activities are a big part of the school experience, but this can make it tough to keep up in the classroom.

That’s where tutoring comes in!

A little extra support can:
• Keep grades steady during busy seasons
• Reduce stress when schedules get packed
• Help students stay confident, even when life gets hectic

Save this back-to-school checklist to help your kids stick to a routine:

🕕 After school: snack + 10–20 min break
📚 Homework first (before screens when possible)
🎒 Pack backpack + sign papers
🍽️ Dinner + quick “what’s tomorrow look like?”
📱 Screen time after responsibilities are done
🌙 Same bedtime most nights

Keep it flexible. Keep it consistent. Don’t aim for perfect, just predictable.
