Had a Bob Ross happy little accident this morning with this shutter click. I was just about to move on from this spot, the sun was shining on the bottom of the clouds but not enough for a shot. It looked like the morning would be grey. But for a few short moments the clouds broke for some of that glorious morning light.

In a recent article, BBC royal correspondent Sean Coughlan shares how, in Catherine’s own words, nature has guided her mental and physical well-being. Through stillness, quiet and gratitude, nature connection can heal us in a multitude of ways. She also shares that there is powerful collective healing to be found in nature, and that turning to the earth can guide us to a healthier world.
