Spirit wanted me to tell you this:

Not every cold spot means something's wrong.

I get messages all the time — "Paul, I think there's something in my house." And sometimes there is. But most of the time? It's just a visit. Someone checking in.

Here's how I tell the difference: if you feel heavy, drained, or watched in a bad way, pay attention. If you just feel them near and your person pops into your head out of nowhere — that's usually love, not trouble.

You don't need a whole production to feel safe in your own home. Your intention is louder than any tool.

Try this. Walk your space and say it out loud: "This is my home. You're welcome to visit if you come in love, but you leave when I say so." And mean it. That's protection.

Tell me in the comments: have you ever felt someone walk through your house? Was it comforting or a little creepy? 👇
