If you're a regular gym goer, it might be easy to become frustrated with this sudden change. But try to remember when you were a beginner. Often, new gym goers are uncomfortable with how they look and feel awkward in the gym. Instead of reinforcing that feeling for them, be patient – offer help, support, or encouragement.

We're all here working toward a goal of self-improvement.

Never miss a Monday.

If you can't get to the gym today, do a home workout. If you have family over, invite them to participate. You're one workout away from less stress, more energy, and a better outlook on the day. Get after it.

You'll need: almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, ghee or coconut oil, maple syrup, shredded coconut, honey, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and almonds.

The Push Press: CrossFit Foundational Movement 12/06/2022

CrossFit teaches functional movement to keep bodies healthy, strong, and ready for whatever life deals out.

One essential move is the push press. If done wrong, repeated movements can cause injury. But if you follow the form guidance in this video, you'll develop strength, power, and endurance.
