A Double Birthday Bash Weekend at MMKF! Thanks for celebrating with us Elijah & Max!

I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of Unconditional Love. It came from my mother. Mothers are the givers of Life. Happy Mothers Day to all the Wonderful mothers I've met over the years.

This morning around 8:00 AM I was on Pond St. driving up toward Andover Rd. when a Bald Eagle swooped down in front of my car & grabbed a roadkill. It was a nice sighting.

Steve was in town for the holiday so he popped in this morning & gave our advanced class a nice workout. Here is him and Trevor helping out in Billerica Parade a while back & here they are a few years later. Sifu Steve has his own school (Nine Tigers Kung-Fu) in Biddeford. Carrying on the tradition!

I'm looking for a home for Tom the cat. He currently lives with my father But he can longer take care of him. Tom is about 4- 5 years old, has very nice demeanor, Is friendly & a great companion.

Liz (now a therapist), Chris (in school to be a doctor and still contributing to MMKF classes), Jake “The Gorilla” Pilla (professional MMA fighter and teacher at his school Gorilla Crew Fitness ), Steve (runs his own school in Maine Nine Tigers Kung Fu), and Trevor (still training, keeps himself in tip-top shape, and active in the martial arts community).

Happy New Year. Wishing everyone a terrific year ahead. I'm looking forward to another great year of accomplishment for all our students. Thank You for your trust, support, friendship and being part of the MMKF family.

I just feel like sending out an early Happy Thanksgiving to our MMKF family. Lets be grateful for the tasty, healthy food available to us & all the beautiful connections we have within our immediate family's & beyond. I remember so many students & parents that came through my doors over the years. Sometimes I go through my database & look at names of former students that go back 20, 30, 40 years & wonder how people are doing. Hope everyone is Good. Thank You for your continued support, trust & Friendship. It means the world to me. Lets try our best to ride out the rest of this year smoothly & move into the New Year with a clear & healthy mind body & spirit.
