During today’s lab, our MS3s instructed the underclassmen on FOOM (Formations and Order of Movement), IMT (Individual Movement Techniques), EPW (Enemy Prisoner of War handling procedures), and Aid and Litter. These skills cover essential movement techniques, enemy handling procedures, and basic medical aid that our cadets will need as they participate in tactical lanes and scenarios throughout their time in the program.

The lab provided a great opportunity for our MS3s to pass on their knowledge and experience while giving the underclassmen hands-on practice with these important skills. Everyone worked hard, learned a lot, and, most importantly, had a great time building teamwork and confidence together.

To finish out the lab, we were fortunate to receive advice and guidance from a retired Colonel, who shared his experience and offered valuable insight to our cadets. His words gave everyone something to take away as we continue developing our leadership skills and preparing for future challenges.
