when asked about her favorite core value, this is what our vice president of organizational development, , has to say about connections:

“Connections is my favorite core value because it reflects the foundation of sisterhood and the meaningful relationships that are built through Alpha Sigma Tau. I believe that strong connections help create a supportive and welcoming environment where members can grow, learn, and feel a true sense of belonging. Through the sorority, I have seen how important it is to surround yourself with people who encourage you, celebrate your successes, and support you during difficult times. The bonds formed within the chapter create a network of support that encourages personal growth, leadership, and confidence. Being connected to a group of women who share common values allows members to learn from one another and build relationships that can last a lifetime. For me, connections are the most important core value because they are what transform a group of individuals into a true sisterhood and make Alpha Sigma Tau a place where we can thrive.”
