The PRISM is the annual writing and art contest at Ferris State University sponsored by the Departme Any current FSU student is eligible.

The Prism is the annual student writing and art competition at Ferris State University sponsored by the Department of Languages and Literature since 1978. There are cash prizes in each category, and winners will be honored at an awards banquet in the spring as well as in print in The Prism journal published in the fall. Entries are considered in the following categories:

If you want to submit your Essays, Research Papers, Art, Short fiction, Poetry, Scripts, or Technical pieces, you still have time. Deadline is Friday APRIL 8th before the clock strikes midnight! PRISM Writing & Art Contest at FSU Submission Manager 04/06/2020

Hello out there in the land(s) of Quarantine. One week left to submit to the PRISM Writing Contest at Ferris State. Since you're stuck (mostly) at home, hopefully staying safe, and since you can't catch up on homework 100% of the time you might as well dust off those Essays, Research Papers, Scripts, Poems, Short Stories, Art and Technical Writing and send them our way.

Ferris Writers out there--it's that time of year again. The PRISM Writing Contest deadline is fast approaching, so, dust off those poems and stories, papers and essays! Even that Technical Report Dr. Thomas made you write that one time! If you are, or know, a current Ferris State student, then consider submitting. There are prizes and publication opportunities!

There are lots of different categories, for the creative writer to the Technical/Academic Writer.
