HR Center for Staff Development

HR Center for Staff Development Ferris employees are welcome to share training resources and ideas and connect with others committed to life-long learning.

The purpose of the center is to support staff development and encourage life-long learning commitments that meet the University's mission, vision, and values and provide for improved outcomes for succession planning in recruitment, retention, and re-engagement of staff. Many training resources already exist around campus. The goal of the Staff Center is to collaborate with other departments to provide you with an all-inclusive training resource where you can find the training you need to stay current on knowledge and skills that help you to be effective at your job and grow as a leader.
