Are you looking for a Monday evening yoga class to unwind, or meet your wellness goals right at the beginning of the week? This upcoming Monday Sept. 21st- Erica will be teaching Vin Yin @ 6:30 pm. — a 4 week series! 🧘‍♀️We’d love to have you in the studio for a wellness experience. You can sign up on the website!

What Vin Yin is all about: A beautiful blend of energizing Vinyasa flow and deeply restorative Yin yoga. This class begins with mindful movement, breath, and flowing sequences to build warmth, strength, and flexibility. We then slow down and settle into longer-held Yin postures, creating space to release tension, soften the body, and cultivate a sense of calm.
A balanced practice designed to leave you feeling grounded, open, restored, and renewed.
