Little reminders of little things that effects the hearts of many! Be the tongue that brings people near to Christ. A gentle tongue offers nourishment, strength, and growth. In contrast harsh speech can crush a person’s spirit, leading to discouragement and despair.

May someone speak with kindness and gentleness, fostering life and growth in you today and may YOU speak life, kindness and gentleness into others around you! Have a blessed day!

In the pit of destruction, she proclaimed Christ.

This picture speaks volumes. There are thing that we hold so near and dear that God will ask us to give to him...our feeble minds can not fathom the love and the blessings our Father in heaven wants to give us. Sometimes its hard to give up the things we love on this earth but when we trust, listen and follow our heavenly father, we realize that our life is all about aligning our life with God’s purpose and embracing His plan for us. With him we are seen, heard, loved, understood, disciplined, given grace, mercy and everlasting life in him! So many promises that God has made and he will deliver!

Just a few scriptures that lets you know Gods heart for us!

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” – Hebrews 11:6

“The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.” – Psalm 23:1

Is there a melody in your heart? What background music are you providing for the Lord to work in your life?

Walking away from things of our past (sin) & towards the righteousness of God...we don't care if we "look weird" we are following Christ... how weird are you? 😁

2 Corinthians 5:12-15, 20 ESV
[12] We are not commending ourselves to you again but giving you cause to boast about us, so that you may be able to answer those who boast about outward appearance and not about what is in the heart. [13] For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. [14] For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; [15] and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised.

[20] Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

It feels appropriate with todays weather to ponder the question...Is my fire burning today? Do I need to top off my oil in my lamp or do I need to do maintenance on my wick🤔? We need to tend to our relationship with Christ by filling our hearts and mind with his word to fuel our lamps and cut off the parts of the wick that does not feed us.
