🎉 Congratulations to UNE’s Health Promotion Studies department for achieving Green Office Certification – Level 2! 🌿
This recognition reflects the department’s commitment to making everyday office practices more sustainable through energy conservation, waste reduction, and community engagement.
A special shoutout to Ali Engemann, who helped lead the certification process alongside faculty and staff. Through their efforts, the team installed a new battery recycling station, improved signage, participated in Earth Month events, visited the Swap Shop, and nearly completed every available energy conservation action on the checklist.
