The 360 Experience is an intensive discipleship training school that provides the opportunity for young adults to set aside a season to seek the Lord and His will for their life, gain perspective on themselves and the world, be discipled through one-on-one mentorship and community living, and build a firm foundation of faith in Jesus Christ. The 360 Experience is more than a program; it is a movem
ent to fuse together missions with the local church. We want to train up young leaders to be missional wherever they are in their local church and whatever vocation God has called them to. The 360 Experience is committed to 4 foundational values:
Personal Discipleship – through one on one discipleship from intentional leaders to help students work through issues, learn who they are in Christ, and what God is saying about their future. Our aim is to help students hear God for their identity and destiny. Biblical Worldview – through classroom training and dynamic and experienced speakers we will help students establish a Biblical worldview. Local Church Mindset – through hands on ministry in every aspect of local church we want to raise students with the Biblical mindset that the Church is God’s bride and tool to redeem mankind. We want them to see the value of the community of believers in a local community. Global Perspective – through local ministry and international outreaches we have the ability and connections to get each student to another part of the world to not only expand their Global perspective but to expand the Kingdom of God in the uttermost parts of the Earth. Some of our connections include Russia, India, Nepal, Jordan, Israel, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Wales, Ireland. A Gap Year Between High School and College:
For decades Europeans have been encouraging and even requiring their students to take a "gap year" – a year off before going to college. Many Ivy League schools now are encouraging their own applicants to do the same. The 360 Experience is a nine-month gap year program comprised of three phases: Lecture, Local Church Internship, and Outreach. During the first three months students will gain perspective on who they are as an individual, who God is, and what He is doing in this world today. Throughout the next three months, students will get to intern with local pastors, be involved in community ministry, and be personally discipled and trained at the same time. The last phase will be the overseas outreach during which we will travel to an unreached region of the world and reach the lost for Jesus.
