USU Blanding to hold Multicultural Fair TOMORROW!

Utah State University Eastern Blanding Campus is celebrating 40 years of providing higher educational opportunities in the Four Corners on Friday October 6th, 2017 at our campus. During the past 40 years, over 4,000 students have graduated, earning meaningful degrees in fields ranging from heavy equipment operators to nurses to educators to medical doctors. The San Juan Center of the College of Eastern Utah became part of Utah State University, offering career and technical programs and USU academic degree programs through the doctoral level.
As part of our 40th year celebration Blanding Campus has teamed up with The Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, The Dinosaur Museum, The Nations of the Four Corners, and the Blanding Renaissance Fair to create the new Multicultural Fair.
Some school classes will attend a special session in the morning and the general public is invited to the following sessions which will be held in three locations. The Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and the Blanding Renaissance Fair will be held side by side on the back lawns of the QUAD building and LDS institute from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The Dinosaur Museum will hold a special $1.00 admissions day from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm. The Nations of the Four Corners will give guided tours of their Multicultural Trail from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. In case of inclement weather we move to the Arts and Events Center.
We hope the entire county comes to celebrate.

Vendors Wanted

The S.T.E.A.M. EXPO hosts Vendors and Exhibitors from the regions businesses and artisans, Ranging from weavers to mathematicians. The 2016 S.T.E.A.M. EXPO will have approximately 60 booth spaces for vendors, exhibitors, and hands on experiences. This is a great opportunity for community members to show off the amazing things they do.
