The Foundation's Youth Philanthropy Program (YPP) kicked off today with a presentation from Lauren Sands, Wellness and Member Services Manager for the Human Service Chamber of Franklin County. Sands explained the benefits of Chamber membership for health and human service nonprofits, many of whom are trying to fulfill increased demands for services with decreased resources. YPP is funded by the Foundation's Charlene Morgan Emerging Leaders Fund.

Transitioning to high school can be hard, but thanks to upper grade level mentors in the BHS Link Crew, that transition for incoming ninth graders was a lot easier and fun! The Link Crew mentoring program is facilitated by BHS teachers Alina Pinney and Lauen Robbins funded by the Thomas A Boster, PhD Fund for Bexley Operation Respect at the Bexley Education Foundation.

The Foundation celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Alumni Piazza and Walkway as a part of our BHS Alumni Open House held on Friday. The celebration included a performance of the Bexley Alma Mater by high school students in the Vocal Ensemble, placement of a special 30th anniversary brick and a proclamation from the City of Bexley, Ohio. Thank you to all who joined us for 30 years of memories and more!
