Beverly Children's Learning Center, Inc The mission of Beverly's Children Learning Center, Inc. More than 120 families depend upon us for high quality, affordable early education and care.

is to provide an affordable, safe, nurturing and educational environment that promotes socially responsible behavior for children. Our programs are dedicated to respect and encourage the potential of each child, as well as the diversity of each family.

2013 marks the Beverly Children’s Learning Center’s 40th year of providing an affordable, safe and nurturing education for hundreds of local chil

dren. Proceeds from this event will benefit the children we serve -- 93 in the infant, toddler and preschool program and 60 in the year-round school age program. Many of our children live in homes headed by single parents. The state subsidizes part or all of some children’s tuition, but reimbursements do not cover our true costs. It is only through the generosity of our donors that we are able to stock our classrooms with stimulating materials, provide fitness and nutrition education, and provide children enriching educational experiences.

Adventure was on the horizon yesterday! ⛵ Our school-age crew set sail on a schooner field trip, where they learned all about the different sails, how they work, and even got the chance to help raise them! It was an unforgettable day filled with teamwork, hands-on learning, and plenty of smiles. What an amazing way to bring history and science to life on the water! 🌊⚓💙

Our "W***y Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" themed School Age Prom was a huge success! The children played a huge role in deciding this year's theme, and they created a majority of the decorations used to transform the School Age space into a candy wonderland. Children danced, sang, snacked, participated in the limbo, and played "Pin the Bubblegum on Violet". The children also filled bags with candy, bubbles, and other goodies from our "Candy Bar" that they took home at the end of the night. Thank you to all School Age staff for making this event fun and engaging!

Last week, our Preschool 1 class stayed cool and had a blast with reusable water balloons! 💦☀️

While the rainy weather has put a pause on some of our outdoor fun, we're hoping for sunnier skies later this week. Until then, we'll make the most of every puddle, raindrop, and splash as we continue finding fun ways to play and explore together! 🌧️💙
