Endicott photography student Jaedyn Shock ’27 turned a chance encounter with renowned photographer Jim Wright into an unforgettable internship, including the opportunity to assist on a New York City cover shoot featuring actress Alfre Woodard. The experience gave Shock a firsthand look at the world of professional photography, valuable industry connections, and a new perspective on her future career.

On Sunday, November 8, Endicott College will host the Beverly 400+ Educational Powwow at Naumkeag, featuring an afternoon of traditional Native American dance, drumming, storytelling, crafts, and opportunities for all ages to learn and participate. Presented with Beverly 400+ and the Ohketeau Cultural Center, the free, family-friendly event runs from noon to 5 p.m. and is open to the public.

Endicott College will welcome the community to campus on Sunday, November 8, for the Beverly 400+ Educational Powwow at Naumkeag, a free, family-friendly celebration of Indigenous culture, history, and community.

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and National Book Award-winning author M. Gessen is coming to Endicott! On Thursday, November 5, Gessen will join Endicott Associate Professor Brittany Perham for “The Personal and the Political,” a conversation exploring writing, power, family, identity, and lived experience. Presented by Endicott’s Tadler Center for the Humanities, the event begins at 5 p.m. in Cleary Lecture Hall, with tickets free and open to the public.

Some came back to the Nest after 25 years. Others, after 70. And despite a nor’easter, Gulls of every generation made this Homecoming & Reunion Weekend one to remember. From old memories revisited to big wins and beloved Endicott traditions, there was no shortage of reasons to celebrate being a Gull.

Pouring rain, high winds, and a nor’easter couldn’t keep the Gulls down. Homecoming & Reunion Weekend carried on as alumni returned after decades away, families reunited with their Gulls, and the Endicott College community made the most of a stormy weekend at the Nest.
