What an incredible afternoon yesterday as we celebrated the ribbon cutting and official opening of Northshore Phoenix High School, formerly Recovery High School!

We are so thankful for the wonderful turnout and for everyone who joined us to celebrate this exciting new chapter. The support from our community, educational partners, local organizations, and elected officials made the afternoon truly special!

A heartfelt thank you to Senator Joan B. Lovely, Eunice Zeigler for Governor’s Council , and Dr. Kiame Mahaniah, who joined us and presented a special citation from Governor Maura Healey and Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll recognizing this exciting occasion.

We would also like to thank so many of our wonderful community partners and supporters, including: Peter & Elizabeth Tower Foundation Cummings Properties, Seaside Graphics, Express Yourself Inc., Justice Resource Institute, Eliot Community Human Services, Think of Michael, Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth, Inc. , Stirling Brandworks and School Resource Officer Steve Fiore, along with the many Special Education Directors and Superintendents who joined us from Beverly, Danvers, Peabody, North Reading, Triton Regional, Pentucket Regional, Ipswich, and Tri-Town, as well as representatives from other districts and organizations.

A very special thank you to Frankies VOICE Frank Raffa and his family for their incredible generosity, continued support, and commitment to Northshore Phoenix High School. Your kindness and belief in our students and this program mean so much, and we are truly grateful for all you have done to help make this new chapter possible.

A very special recognition also goes to Michelle Muffett-Lipinski, whose dedication, leadership, and commitment to Recovery High School for more than 20 years have helped make this program what it is today. As we move forward as Northshore Phoenix High School, we celebrate the incredible work that has brought us to this moment and the exciting opportunities ahead for our students.

On behalf of Northshore Education Consortium, Executive Director Fran Rosenberg, Michelle Lipinski, and our entire Phoenix High School community, THANK YOU to everyone who attended, sent their congratulations, and continues to believe in and support our students and our mission.
