Started boxing in 1983, Uechi-ryu Karate in 1986 (Shodan), started BJJ, Muay Thai, some Catch wrestling and MMA in 2002.

Currently a BJJ brown belt (about 10 years)
Candidate Dog Brother Seadog. DBMA purple tag.

This was me off hand training ( I’m right handed) about 2-3 weeks post-op on my deck. I’ve been single stick sparring a few times since just left handed. Using an ash shovel handle for the weight, you can hear it thump my head.
