Beverly Hills is also within walking distance of downtown Birmingham and less than a ten minute drive from the nightlife of Royal Oak and Ferndale. My Big Fat Shawarma will celebrate the grand opening of its new Beverly Hills location on Saturday, September 12, bringing a full day of giveaways and Mediterranean-inspired favorites to the community. Located at 31243 Southfield Road, the new restaurant marks the fourth location for the metro Detroit-based fast-casual brand.

The grand opening celebration will feature giveaways and special offers throughout the day, including free shawarma bowls or wraps for the first 100 guests, $50 gift card giveaways every half hour, $100 gift card giveaways every hour and an electric bike giveaway valued at $4,400.

The event also marks the culmination of My Big Fat Shawarma's partnership with NBA star Isaiah Stewart, who has appeared in custom social media content for the brand. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., guests will have the chance to win additional prizes tied to the partnership, including a signed Isaiah Stewart jersey, autographed sneakers and a signed basketball.

Set across 3,360 square feet and featuring an outdoor patio, the Beverly Hills location brings My Big Fat Shawarma’s unmistakable energy to a popular shopping plaza in the Oakland County community. The restaurant will employ approximately 15 team members and serve the brand's signature shawarma bowls, wraps and sides, built on bold flavors like the signature Fat Sauce, quality ingredients from filet steak to chicken and falafel and the generous portions that have made My Big Fat Shawarma a metro Detroit favorite.

My Big Fat Shawarma’s Beverly Hills location will be open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.

🚨🚨🚨Storm Damage Cleanup: Due to the recent storms, the Beverly Hills DPW will be conducting storm damage cleanup throughout the Village. Crews will be working to remove hanging and fallen limbs, branches, and other storm-related debris from public areas and rights-of-way.

Any private property tree limbs should be placed at the road edge using the same guidelines as curbside chipping. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as our crews work throughout the community.

Please use caution around work areas and allow crews the space needed to safely complete cleanup operations.
