FOUR SPANISH-SPEAKING ROTA TEAM NEEDED FOR FAMILY IN THE WOODLANDS! in Spring, Texas | Careers at Spring, TX 08/07/2026

THE WOODLANDS, TX (NATIONWIDE BILINGUAL SEARCH) – A prominent bilingual family relocating to the prestigious Carlton Woods community this December is seeking four exceptional professional career nannies to establish two dedicated ROTA teams—one team assigned to each child; and one team will be versed in Special Needs care. Each three-year-old twin boy will have his own consistent team of two rotating nannies, ensuring exceptional continuity of care and the opportunity to build deep, trusting relationships with the child in their care. This is one of the most coveted opportunities in the industry, designed for career nannies at the very top of their profession. Fluency in both Spanish and English is non-negotiable, with additional languages considered a significant asset.

Each nanny will work a 14 days on / 14 days off rotational schedule, providing full round-the-clock coverage while on duty, including travel. This is a true ROTA position requiring complete flexibility while on shift. The family travels frequently, both domestically and internationally, often aboard their private aircraft, and candidates should be comfortable traveling on short notice when needed. A valid passport is required, and finalists should be willing to travel internationally to the family's country of origin for the interview and trial process.

Although the children will each have their own dedicated nanny team, collaboration and communication between caregivers are essential. The family is seeking professionals who understand the importance of consistency, teamwork, and maintaining seamless routines across both households of care. Mom is exceptionally involved and has thoughtfully developed systems, routines, and expectations for the children's care. She is seeking nannies who can integrate seamlessly into her established structure, adapt fluidly to the family's dynamic lifestyle, and execute her vision with confidence and precision. This role is ideal for someone who thrives within clearly established expectations, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a calm, composed presence to a fast-paced household.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional full-charge childcare, planning developmentally appropriate activities, accompanying the family on travel, driving as needed, and maintaining close attention to water safety, as the family spends considerable time around pools and swimming is essential. The household is fully staffed, and while household management support is already in place, the nannies may assist with organizing the children's belongings, routines, and spaces, particularly during the family's transition into their new home.

One of the twins was born prematurely and has low muscle tone (hypotonia), requiring ongoing physical therapy several times each week. Experience working with premature infants, children with hypotonia, or those receiving physical, occupational, or speech therapy is strongly preferred, particularly for the nanny team supporting his care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable implementing therapist-directed exercises exactly as instructed, encouraging independence through everyday movement and play, closely monitoring changes in strength, balance, coordination, or fatigue, and communicating regularly with both the parents and therapy team. Above all, the family is seeking caregivers who understand that meaningful developmental progress requires patience, consistency, encouragement, and careful observation. While one twin is adventurous, energetic, and fearless, his brother is more sensitive, cautious, and continues to benefit from additional physical support. The family places extraordinary importance on finding caregivers who appreciate each child's unique personality and developmental journey while creating a warm, nurturing, and confidence-building environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ultra-high-net-worth or high-profile families and possess exceptional professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills. Candidates should be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19 and influenza, hold a valid passport, be strong swimmers, and genuinely enjoy international travel. The family is seeking individuals who remain calm under pressure, communicate exceptionally well, work collaboratively within a fully staffed household, and are passionate about fostering children's growth while respecting the family's parenting philosophy.

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $200,000+ gross annually per nanny, depending on experience and qualifications. The family is open to a nationwide search and welcomes fly-in/fly-out candidates. They are eager to identify the right long-term team and intend to move quickly throughout the hiring process.

NEW YORK, NY (Upper West Side) – An exceptional Upper West Side family is seeking a warm, engaging, and collaborative career nanny to join their long-term childcare team. This is a unique opportunity to become one half of a thoughtfully structured two-nanny team in a household that genuinely values its caregivers as trusted professionals. Rather than being solely responsible for all four children, the role is intentionally designed so that each nanny is typically caring for one or two children at a time, allowing for meaningful one-on-one engagement while working together during the afternoon and evening routines.

The family is open to one of two schedules based on the candidate's preference:

- 40 guaranteed hours per week: Monday through Thursday afternoons (1:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. preferred, though 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. is also possible), plus Fridays from 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

-45 guaranteed hours per week: The same schedule, with an extended Thursday beginning as early as 7:00 a.m.

Both parents work full-time, often from home, and believe in providing their nannies with the trust, autonomy, and respect needed to confidently lead the day. Their home is warm, organized, educationally focused, and intentionally screen-free, with an emphasis on kindness, curiosity, independence, and good manners. Their four delightful children include an intellectually curious 8-year-old boy, a confident and spirited 6-year-old girl, a creative and independent 5-year-old girl, and a happy, easygoing 1-year-old girl. The children are active and involved in a variety of enriching activities, including music, dance, sports, and academics, and enjoy imaginative play, reading, building, and learning. Fridays are intentionally slower-paced and centered around quality family time at home.

Responsibilities include partnering with the family's co-nanny to provide exceptional care, school pickups, accompanying the children to activities via walking, bus, or subway, infant care, preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children (with an emphasis on wholesome nutrition), homework support, children's laundry, organization of children's spaces, ordering children's essentials online, and light child-related tidying. A dedicated housekeeper manages the deep cleaning, allowing the nannies to remain focused on childcare and child-related responsibilities. Beginning in January, the family's youngest child is expected to begin a part-time school program, naturally shifting the role even more toward an after-school routine.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, proactive, and genuinely passionate about child development. Candidates with backgrounds in education, tutoring, early childhood development, music, art, storytelling, or other enrichment-focused disciplines are especially encouraged to apply. The family is seeking someone with a minimum of five years of professional experience caring for children from infancy through the elementary years who enjoys working collaboratively, communicates well, and has a team-first mentality. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to renew prior to employment), legal authorization to work in the United States, and comfort working as a W-2 household employee are required. The family keeps a kosher kitchen—easily taught. There is no driving, travel, or pet care required.

Compensation starts at $45+ per hour, depending on experience, and includes guaranteed hours, weekly payroll, a $600 monthly health insurance stipend (ICHRA), paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick leave, and OMNY transportation reimbursement. The family has a wonderful history of building long-term relationships with their nannies and hopes to welcome someone who is looking for a lasting professional home where they will be valued, respected, and become an integral part of the family.

Start date is ASAP, ideally by the end of August, with the opportunity to shadow alongside the current co-nanny prior to her departure to ensure a seamless transition.

NATIONWIDE SEARCH: DALLAS FAMILY SEEKING FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY! in Dallas, Texas | Careers at Dallas, TX 08/06/2026

DALLAS, TX (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - A warm, welcoming family in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood in Dallas is seeking a compassionate and dependable FULL-TIME LIVE-IN NANNY to provide dedicated support for their 11-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum. This is a truly special opportunity for the right person, someone who is calm, optimistic, and energetic, and who finds genuine joy in showing up for a child in a meaningful and consistent way every single day.

Their son is a sweet, mild-mannered boy who is minimally verbal but communicates his wants and needs effectively. He does not engage in elopement or self-injurious behavior, making this a manageable and rewarding role for someone with the right temperament. He loves spending time on the patio, rocking, humming, and watching nature, and the family is looking for someone who will sit with him in those moments, encourage his growth, and meet him with patience and genuine enthusiasm. A background in ABA therapy or special needs care is a meaningful bonus, but what matters most is intuition, common sense, and heart.

The schedule centers primarily around the afternoon and evening hours. The nanny will provide approximately one hour of morning support to help with wake-up and school preparation, with the core of the role beginning at school pick-up at 2:00 PM. Afternoons include therapy runs on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, afternoon snacks, pool time, play-based activities, bath, dinner, and a relaxed patio wind-down before a 9:45 PM bedtime. Flexibility is essential, as the schedule will shift seasonally with summer camps and school calendars, and the family appreciates a nanny who can adapt without missing a beat. Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and date night coverage is expected.

The family has a housekeeper and cleaning service, so this is not a heavy housekeeping role. Light household support, errand running, children's laundry, and help keeping shared spaces organized are part of the day-to-day. The family's son follows a gluten-free and dairy-free diet, and while Mom typically prepares his meals, a nanny who is comfortable supervising and occasionally cooking within those dietary guidelines is a wonderful bonus.

The family has two small dogs, so comfort with pets is a must. The nanny will use the family's vehicle for transportation and must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A valid passport is preferred, as the family spends extended time in California and occasionally travels to other states and Mexico. The ability to travel with the family is an important part of this role. All candidates must be comfortable signing an NDA and be current on routine vaccinations, including TDAP, flu, and COVID.

A background and experience working with children on the spectrum are both noted preferences for this family, though the right personality and approach will always take priority. Private bedroom and bathroom accommodations are provided. The family is warm, collaborative, and communicative, and they are looking for someone who will truly become part of their team.

This position offers $30+ per hour gross via payroll, paid sick days, paid holidays, paid vacation, and relocation assistance for the right candidate. The target start date is ASAP.

TRIBECA FAMILY SEEKING FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY in New York, New York | Careers at New York, NY 08/04/2026

NEW YORK, NY | TRIBECA (LOCAL NYC CANDIDATES ONLY) - A warm, intellectually engaged family of four in the heart of Tribeca is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to become a genuine and invested presence in their children's daily lives. This family is only considering candidates who are already local to New York City, familiar with navigating the city, and comfortable working in Manhattan. This is not a background role. The family is looking for someone who shows up ready to engage, connects naturally with young children, and understands that the best caregiving looks a lot like great company.

Their daughter is 5, and their son is 3. Both are silly, sweet, and imaginative. Their daughter is bright, curious, and observant — thoughtful and engaged, with a real interest in the people and ideas around her, their son is a spirited three-year-old finding his footing, and both light up with the right kind of attention. The family places a high value on early childhood development, meaningful conversation, and helping their children grow into kind, curious, well-mannered people. A caregiver who can hold their attention, play with genuine enthusiasm, and teach through interaction rather than instruction will thrive here.

The family is based in Tribeca and plans to stay downtown. Their daughter will be attending school on the Upper East Side, with transportation still to be determined. Their son attends preschool downtown with pickup around 3:00 to 4:00pm. The nanny will need to be a true team player as these logistics come together — flexible and solutions-oriented rather than rigid about routine. Core hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and schedule shifts as the family's needs dictate. The family has a home in Pennsylvania they visit on weekends and takes several trips throughout the year, so openness to occasional travel with the family is appreciated.

Day-to-day responsibilities include full childcare, family meal preparation and planning, grocery shopping, children's laundry, light housekeeping, errand running, and coordinating playdates with other children and nannies. When mom is home and working, the nanny is expected to keep the children engaged and active, inside and outside the home. This is a role that moves, and the right candidate will move with it comfortably. A driver's license is a meaningful bonus. Candidates from the outer boroughs are welcome, provided they are already familiar with Manhattan and the commute to Tribeca is reasonable.

The family is seeking a college-educated candidate with warm, big-sister energy, strong conversational skills, and a genuine interest in early childhood development. Mandarin is a nice-to-have but not required. MMR vaccination is preferred. Comfort with an NDA is a plus, though not required.

Benefits include paid sick days, paid holidays, and 10 days PTO split evenly between the family and the nanny's discretion. Compensation is $37–50 gross per hour, commensurate with experience.

Candidates who lead with warmth, bring energy and ideas, and are excited to be a real part of a family's everyday life are encouraged to apply.
