As we evolve, so should our rituals. One of the simplest ways I support my energy, metabolism, and glow from within is by elevating my daily coffee.
Here’s my “Beauty At Any Age” blend:
☕ Fresh brewed coffee

Simple way to remember:
Exfoliate → Treat → Hydrate → Seal → Refresh
Pro Tip:
You do not mix everything together.
Each ingredient is used separately, in layers, because they each serve a different purpose.
If you mix everything together, you actually dilute the benefits—especially the exfoliation and absorption steps.
Think of it like a mini facial at home… each step has a role ✨

Turn your morning cup into a powerhouse of energy, clarity, and longevity:
• Ceylon Cinnamon – ½ tsp
• Coconut (milk or cream) – 1–2 tbsp (to taste)
• MCT Oil – 1 tsp to 1 tbsp (start small + build)
• Collagen Peptides – 1 scoop (10–20g)
• Raw Cacao Powder – 1 tbsp
• Lion’s Mane – 500–1000 mg (per extract guidelines)
• Resveratrol – 100–250 mg
