Both students are members of the student council and newspaper club. Kennedy is the Student Council Vice President and London is the Newspaper Student Editor in Chief. Our thespians delivered impeccable performances in the recent Peter Pan musical held at the Lee Strasburg Institute. Both students started their GSBH journey in Kindergarten. Good Shepherd Catholic School has partnered with Scholas Occurentes, created by Pope Francis to bring young people from diverse backgrounds together to empower them to become active and engaged citizens committed to making a positive difference in their communities. It is such a great honor for to be the only elementary school to team up with Scholas with its 7th and 8th graders as participants to the Pelota de Trapo program. The students engaged in the workshop through play, teamwork and mindful collaboration led by Manuel Deza, Scholas USA Program Facilitator. Thank you Pope Francis! What a great honor! .usa
