Let's face it, not every romantic relationship is a fairy tale. This sentence repeats itself in every workshop and every session. Sometimes, it's more drama-filled, like the daily news– full of twists and turns and enough emotional rollercoasters to make your head spin. In every toxic relationship or breakup, some feel like they've just finished an emotional marathon, only to be awarded a broken heart medal.
Ever wonder why we give so much headspace and heartspace to someone who's already left ? It's like paying rent for an apartment you moved out of years ago. How long can we live in the shadows of these memories? Time to understand that the next chapter isn't just about lessons learned, but also about turning a fresh page.
So, how do we deal with it? First, let's be a little more flexible with our hearts. Not every date needs to come with a five-year plan. Had a bad experience? It happens. No need to turn every relationship into a research project. And let's talk about the fear of rejection – yes, it hurts, but it's no worse than sitting on the sidelines waiting for a miracle for the prince/ess to knock on our. Building a relationship also means taking risks and understanding that sometimes, timing isn't in our hands.

לפעמים קשר זוגי יותר דומה למהדורת החדשות - דרמה, תהפוכות, וגם כותרות מרגשות. רבים מרגישים אחרי פרידה, או בזמן קשר רעיל, מרגישים כאילו הם במרתון רגש. והמדליה? לב שבור.

נשאלת השאלה, למה אנחנו מתעקשים לתת כל כך הרבה מקום בלב ובראש למי שכבר עזב? זה כמו לשלם דמי שכירות לדירה שכבר לא גרים בה. כמה זמן אפשר להמשיך ולהחיות את הזיכרונות האלה?
כל מה שיש לנו, זה פשוט שיעור - להבין שהפרק הבא זה לא רק על הלימודים מהקשר הקודם, אלא גם על לפתוח פרק חדש.

אז איך אנחנו מתמודדים עם זה? קודם כל, בואו נהיה קצת יותר גמישים עם הלב. לא כל פגישה צריכה להיות עם תכנית חמש שנים. פעם נכשלת? קורה. לא צריך להפוך כל קשר לפרויקט מחקר. יצירת זוגיות, זה גם לקחת סיכונים, וגם להבין שלפעמים הטיימינג לא בשליטתנו..
