In 2015, these current seniors won a contest to name the dragline at Coyote Creek Mine. Eleven years later, they were invited back for another tour and the opportunity to learn more about the different career paths available in the mining industry.

A big thank you to Coyote Creek Mine for providing our students with this unique experience and for making it possible to revisit a special memory from their elementary school days!

💙💛 Thank you, Beulah Public Schools

Sometimes the best examples of how we’re called to care for one another happen when we least expect them.

Our middle and high school volleyball teams traveled to Beulah on Tuesday, and after arriving, discovered that issues with our bus meant we wouldn’t be able to use it to get home.

The Beulah Miners didn’t hesitate. Activities Director Jason Simpfenderfer stepped in and generously offered the use of their bus so our teams could safely make it home after the games.

“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” - 1 John 3:18

Showing compassion. Seeing a need and stepping in. Simply showing up for someone when they need it. That is exactly what the Beulah Miners demonstrated to our students Tuesday night.

We’re incredibly grateful for their kindness and for an example to our students of what it looks like to care well for others.

Shiloh community, help us show the Miners some love and thank Jason and the Beulah team for showing up BIG for us! 💙💛
