Meet Chef Monique, our Sous Chef! Monique works alongside Chef Mel to keep the Rivermont kitchen cooking and our students well fed. We’re so happy to have her on our team!

We’re so lucky to have Chef Mel bringing her talents to Rivermont! From fresh pastries to delicious meals, she’s already been creating some pretty amazing things in our kitchen and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
