Why you joined: I joined the PTA because I wanted to be connected to the Grant Wood community and support our families. I really enjoy that I can be involved even with my busy life schedule.

Why joined PTA: Last school year was our first year at Grant Wood, within just a few weeks I
noticed how incredible the teachers, paras, and support staff were - I wanted to be apart of anything that made them feel special. The PTA gets to support the teachers and staff and by doing so our kids benefit. We also have great free activities to build community. Our events are such a great way to meet parents, teachers, and other children you wouldn’t get the opportunity to meet.
