Brooks, the 2-year-old son of one of our own at Davenport Firefighters Local 17, is battling terminal cancer. Despite every effort, the cancer has spread, and there is no cure.
As his family faces the unimaginable, they’re also burdened with medical bills.
We're asking our community to come together in support of the Downing Family. 💛

Sad news out of Baltimore today.

The Officers & Members of L-734 & Baltimore Fire Officers IAFF Local 964 regretfully announce the line of duty deaths of:

-Lt Paul Butrim
-FFPM Kelsey Sadler
-FFPM Kenneth Lacayo

Please keep their families in your prayers as well as our member who remains hospitalized.

As the COVID-19 Pandemic continues to spread across our state, our members continue to show up and help day in and day out. Every department has taken different measures to keep our members, and thier patients, safe. To date, out of over 1600 members across :

53 Members have been quarantined
34 Members have been tested
2 Members have tested positive

We will continue to be there to advocate on behalf of our members and the communities we serve.
