Calling all Quad Cities families! Big things are happening at Northeastern Academy and Early Learning Center in Bettendorf, and Zactus Creative is thrilled to be part of the journey! We are currently teaming up with NEAELC to help spread the word about an exciting opportunity for local families and their future superstars.

If you are looking for a supportive environment where learning and laughter go hand-in-hand, mark your calendars for the upcoming Pre-K Round Up. It’s a wonderful chance to tour the classrooms, meet the owners, and see firsthand where the creative "messy" learning happens.

Pre-K Round Up Details:

⌚️: 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
📍: 3340 Utica Ridge Road, Bettendorf, IA 52722
👩‍🏫: Classroom tours, teacher meet-and-greets, and fun activities for the kids.

We are monitoring the incoming weather system expected to impact our area today, which may include strong storms and potential severe weather.

At this time, Northeastern Academy & Early Learning Center will remain open and continue normal operations.

However, if you prefer to pick your child up early due to the weather, you are welcome to do so.

Please know that we will be closely following our weather safety protocols and will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the children and staff in our care. In the event of a warning, children will be moved to designated safe areas within the building.

If conditions change, we will communicate any updates as needed.

We are hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher at Northeastern Academy & Early Learning Center.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a classroom, maintain structure, and create a positive learning environment for children.

The right person will:

Be able to manage a classroom with confidence and consistency
Keep children engaged, structured, and learning
Maintain a calm, professional tone at all times
Work as part of a team and support center standards
We are not looking for someone who gets overwhelmed easily or struggles with classroom control.

Requirements:

Experience in childcare or preschool setting
Strong classroom management skills
Reliable attendance and professionalism
If you take pride in running a well-structured classroom and want to be part of a growing center, we want to hear from you.
