When we encourage spinning babies exercises in pregnancy, this is why. It’s easier for you if labor starts with baby in an optimal position. Sometimes, it’s out of our control. But it’s worth a little effort during pregnancy! We can also use position changes in labor to help align baby’s head.

Memorial Day tends to hit a bit harder for military families. Cook outs are wonderful, family time is even better, but there is no “Happy Memorial Day”. Instead, everyone shares stories or names of friends and loved ones lost. This Memorial Day did end up being a “Happy Memorial Day”. A beautiful baby made their long awaited arrival. I’m always in awe over a mother’s strength during labor, and this mother was no different!
