💦 Water days are such fun days 💦

Animal planet week the children explored and created with materials that strengthen their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. They squeezed, rolled, and shaped the clay to make homes for animals. They helped release the animals by removing tape and pipe cleaners from them and sprayed water bottles on stencils to create animal shapes.

Week 3 of camp is in full swing! Today we took our messy art theme outside.

Using a big canvas allows children to explore on a larger scale, giving them the opportunity to use big brushstrokes and their whole bodies as they stretch up high and bend down low to paint.
