🌱🌼 Our garden has been busy this summer! 🌼🌱

The children have planted flowers, vegetables, and milkweed, helping care for them every step of the way. They’ve enjoyed harvesting fresh vegetables from the garden, preparing them, and eating them at snack time.

We’ve also been amazed by the butterfly life cycle, collecting eggs from our milkweed plants, watching them grow into butterflies, and releasing them back into nature.

So much learning, discovery, and excitement right in our own backyard! 🌻🥕🦋

☀️🎉 We can’t believe we’re already halfway through Summer!

July has been filled with smiles, laughter, and so many amazing experiences for our children. From cooling off during our Water Play Days 💦 to staying active with visit from The Move N’ Groove Bus 🚌, every week has brought something new and exciting.

We’ve also been treated to some incredible special events:
🫧 A spectacular Bubble Show with Miss Sophie
✨ A magical performance from Didi Maxx
🎭 A fun-filled puppet show with Mr. Chad featuring Goldilocks and the Three Bears

The children have loved every minute, and so have we!
As we head into August, we’re looking forward to another month packed with exciting activities, hands-on learning, outdoor adventures, and unforgettable memories.

There’s something so special about a project the whole class creates together. 🌎

Over the past few weeks, our children have been working on this giant map of the world, and we’re so proud to have it displayed in our hallway!

Whole-class projects are some of our favorites because every child has a chance to contribute, work as a team, and create something they’re all proud of.
We think it turned out amazing!

What an incredible day at our Annual End of Year Celebration & Open House! 🎉

We were so grateful to see so many of our current families, alumni families, and plenty of new faces exploring what makes Our House Montessori School such a special place.

A huge thank you to for providing so much fun that kept smiles on everyone’s faces all morning long!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. To the new families we met, we hope to welcome many of you into the Our House family soon!

As we wrap up another wonderful school year, we’re already looking forward to all the learning, growth, friendships, and memories that await in the year ahead.

🌈 Somewhere Over the Rainbow 🌈

Last Friday we celebrated a very special milestone as we graduated another incredible group of children from Our House Montessori School.

Watching these little learners grow, explore, laugh, and blossom has been one of our greatest joys. While we are so excited for all the adventures that await them in kindergarten and beyond, there is always a bittersweet feeling when it’s time to say goodbye.

Each child has left their own colorful mark on our school, and their smiles, personalities, and daily discoveries will be deeply missed. As they journey “somewhere over the rainbow” toward new dreams and opportunities, we hope they carry with them the confidence, curiosity, kindness, and love of learning that made them shine here!

Once an Our House family, always an Our House family. ❤️
