Spring Garden PTO

We are the parents of every Spring Garden student, working together with teachers and staff, to provide a well-rounded elementary school experience for the 520+ children who learn here. Thanks to volunteer and financial support from the PTO, a Spring Garden education includes class trips, assemblies, visiting authors, family fun nights, and field day. Our efforts fund everything from Weekly Reader

® magazines and SMART Board interactive whiteboards to safety patrol and the Spring Garden Elves. If you are the parent (or guardian) of a student at Spring Garden or a Spring Garden teacher or staff member, you are a member of the PTO. To make the most of your membership, and to help us reach our goals, we encourage you to stay informed and find ways to get involved. Following us on Facebook is a great way to start!

A quick reminder that next Tuesday, September 15 is our first PTO meeting. You can swing by if you are available at 7 pm, if not you can log onto the zoom meeting. The room parent meeting will be immediately after.

We have an opportunity for a family fun night during the final weekend of the IronPigs season for a Saturday night game! Flyer attached. Tickets purchased through the link give the PTO a portion of sales: https://www.gofevo.com/event/Springgarden40

The weather is going to be great, and the game features a rubber duck giveaway and post-game fireworks. Summer is not over yet!

Due to inclement weather, the PTO portion of Back to school night is cancelled. Everything inside will still take place and we hope to see you there!

Don’t forget to save the date for Tuesday September 1 for back to school night! The PTO will have Take a Taco truck, Oogies Ice Cream and Metz hamburger and hot dogs along with sodas and chips for sale! We hope to see you there!

It is time for thinking school year fun and activities! We’d like to welcome everyone back to another wonderful year at Spring Garden.

By now everyone should know their homeroom teacher and Parent Vue has updated. We are getting ready to head into the 2026-2027 school year. If you are interested in becoming a room parent please leave September 15 open. There will be a PTO meeting followed by the room parent meeting. If you cannot make this meeting please email [email protected]

So what does a room parent do?
💚coordinate and plan the fall, winter and valentine parties
🤍coordinate and plan the classroom raffle basket for the carnival
💚assist in other PTO activities throughout the year
🤍communicate with other parents and the classroom teacher
💚work cooperatively to ensure our kiddos have the best school year yet

Meet Miss Wright - Music

Fun facts about Miss Wright :

-She has been at Spring Garden since 2011. However she has been a teacher since 2008.
-She absolutely loves music. She can play the bassoon and flute and also many others!
-Her favorite type of music is Celtic.
-She has a rabbit and a puppy Nemo as a pet.
-She likes bike riding and kayaking.

Miss Wright says what she loves about Spring Garden is hearing beautiful singing from all of you - every single day!
