Lehigh Valley Dual Language Charter School is a public charter school for children in grades Kindergarten through 8th.

Our 50:50 Dual Language Model revolves around offering our students instruction equally in both English and Spanish.

Did you know that students at LVDLCS are not just learning to be bilingual…… rather our goal is Biliteracy! Students learn to read, write, speak, and listen in two languages!!

Reminder: this entire section in front of our building is our bus zone - only school buses, vans, and daycare vans may use this area for drop off and pick up. Thank you!

We are excited to see all of our LVDLCS Eagles for the first day of school on Monday, August 24th!

Homeroom assignment placement letters were mailed out on Monday, August 10th. Please review the information with that letter and be ready to follow the uniform requirements on the first day!

Don’t forget to stop by the building on Friday, August 21st between 9:30 and 11:30 when you can visit the classrooms and drop off supplies!

We’re excited to get the 26-27 school year started!!

¡Estamos muy emocionados de ver a todas nuestras Águilas de LVDLCS en el primer día de clases, el lunes, 24 de agosto!

Las cartas con la asignación de salón hogar (homeroom) fueron enviadas por correo el lunes, 10 de agosto. Por favor, revisen la información incluida en la carta y asegúrense de estar listos para cumplir con los requisitos del uniforme desde el primer día de clases.

¡No olviden pasar por la escuela el viernes, 21 de agosto, entre las 9:30 a. m. y las 11:30 a. m.! Podrán visitar los salones de clases y dejar los materiales escolares.

There are two opportunities for parents to visit the school to start the 2026-2027 school year!

1.) Family Visitation Day on August 21st from 9:30 - 11:30 am. This is an excellent opportunity to visit your student’s classroom and drop off supplies!

2.) Open House on September 2nd from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. This gives you an opportunity to learn about classroom rules and expectations, attendance expectations, as well as learn about community organizations that support LVDLCS families.

1.) Día de Visita Familiar: 21 de agosto, de 9:30 a. m. a 11:30 a. m.
¡Esta es una excelente oportunidad para visitar el salón de clases de su estudiante y entregar los útiles escolares!

2.) Casa Abierta: 2 de septiembre, de 5:30 p. m. a 7:00 p. m.
Esta actividad le brinda la oportunidad de conocer las reglas y expectativas del salón de clases, las expectativas de asistencia escolar y las organizaciones comunitarias que apoyan a las familias de LVDLCS.

Congratulations to Jaelyn Cabrera, our second Outstanding Scholar Award winner!

After attending LVDLCS from Kinder through 8th grade, Jaelyn graduated from Lehigh Valley Academy and is moving on to Cedar Crest College to earn her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

We are confident she will do amazing things both at Cedar Crest and eventually as a bilingual nurse serving her patients!

🏆 Last month, our administration team had the honor of presenting this year’s Scholar Award to Daniela Arroyo.

🦅 During her time at LVDLCS, Daniela stood out as an exceptional student who consistently demonstrated dedication, kindness, and a strong commitment to her education. She was a positive role model among her peers and always approached challenges with determination and grace.

🚒 We are especially proud to see Daniela pursuing a career focused on helping others and giving back to the community. Her passion for making a difference reflects the values she displayed as a student and the bright future that lies ahead of her.
