**It's been a while since I've posted anything and I felt it was time to do so when I read this article. We frequently talk about the importance of leaders modeling activities that others have to do. It's important to do so and it can mean a great deal towards having a positive, and healthy, climate especially in these difficult times. Here's an article about a university president who certainly understood the importance of taking action with deeds and not just words. How can this be an example to you as an emerging leader?
