Our 4โ5 year olds have been hard at work learning how to plant and care for flowers! ๐ผ๐ฑ The children carefully read a recipe/instructions for planting their flowers, worked together to follow each step, and planted them with so much excitement and care. Since then, they have been observing their flowers every day, checking for changes, and watering them daily to help them grow.
This hands-on experience has been a wonderful way to encourage responsibility, teamwork, patience, and a love for nature. We canโt wait to continue watching their flowers bloom! ๐

Our 2ยฝ to 3ยฝ classroom is fully engaged in their caterpillar-to-butterfly project! ๐๐ฆ Miss Lisa read a story with the children to help them understand the butterfly life cycle, sparking lots of great conversation and curiosity. The class has been closely observing the chrysalis and checking in each day, eagerly watching and waiting for the butterflies to emerge. This hands-on experience is helping our little learners build patience, observation skills, and excitement for science. We canโt wait for the big moment!

Our Transitional Kindergarten children have been busy exploring the wonders of the constellation system โจ๐ Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and creative expression, theyโve been learning how stars form patterns in the night sky and how those patterns have been used for navigation and storytelling throughout history. From designing their own constellations to connecting the stars they see, their curiosity and imagination have truly shined. Itโs been amazing to watch them ask questions, make connections, and explore such big concepts with excitement and confidence. The sky is not the limit for these young learners. Itโs just the beginning ๐ซ
