The Workforce Development department at Northampton Community College provides several short term training opportunities for students to learn skills to prepare them for high demand positions in a range of manufacturing and industrial settings. NCC students in the news! 🗞️ Last week, Governor Shapiro announced a $20 million investment from B. Braun that will expand medical device manufacturing in the Lehigh Valley, a project that will create at least 200 new full-time jobs.

Speaking at this announcement on Thursday was Tessa MacLean, a graduate of NCC’s Industrial Maintenance Technician program and current B. Braun employee.

Tessa is also one of five apprentices taking courses here at NCC through the iTEC education partnership.
