Happy Sacks have been popular this week! These lifesavers are hand sewn herbal infused rice sacks. I create them using salvaged fabrics from a local interior designer who otherwise throws them away. I then fill them with rice that has been infused with the essential oils of eucalyptus, tea tree, clary sage, ginger and a touch of lavender. Dried herbs of chamomile, hibiscus flower, sage and eucalyptus as well. (See pic) Can be used in the freezer or warmed in the microwave to ease any of your ailments. They are especially helpful for migraines, sinus issues, and sore joints.
