Breastplate of St Patrick Prayer

When Christianity came to Ireland
it was to “convert” the Celts away from the Goddess.
The “Breastplate of Saint Patrick” prayer is attributed to Patrick
but the origins are from the ancient Druids.
It is a lorica, an old Irish prayer of protection
or “spell of concealment” -“féth fíada”.

The shamrock as a symbol of the Triple Goddess
was supplanted by Patrick into a symbol of the Christian Trinity.
