Our mission is to equip today’s leaders and those who feel called to help others with the knowledge, direction and learning needed to heal the hearts of those within their arena of influence. This includes, parents, businesses, churches, ministries, pastors, newly graduated High School Students, College Students, those changing careers. We also help those who feel called to Faith-Based Counseling

and Professional Coaching. DC3I is the answer to the challenges for Christian workers, counselors,and coaches who seek to honor God and others with their talents and skills. We thoroughly equip our students to heal the heart with strategic and thorough training. We accredited and certified our students in the areas of Counseling, Coaching and Biblical Education. We also have several trade courses that allow for students to gain vital skills to being new careers in adult trades.
