Students in Moravian's Gender Affirming Voice Clinic provide services to our community under the direction of Professor Carly Bergey.
Quote from a client:
"I really really really want to thank you so much for this amazing opportunity. There is no way I could have afforded this otherwise, and I know that my quality of life is going to continue to improve, exponentially because of your help. You have changed my life in such a positive way, and I feel so lucky and happy to have crossed paths with you. Your work is so important, and your humanity and kindness is unmatched. Faith in humanity: restored."
Quote from Professor Bergey:
"I supervise a gender affirming voice clinic and today a client said to her graduate student clinicians "If in 50 years you wonder if you made a difference, please remember you made a difference for me". We.all. cried. and I am so very proud we have created a space like this."
