Rich took 1st place at Masters National Championships in the 75-79 age category and won best overall lifter. He broke 3 national records with a 56Kg, 123Lbs Sn**ch and a 71 Kg, 156 Lbs C&J. He’s an inspiration to us all and we couldn’t be more proud.
