🥋👏The Ninja balance was on point at Fogelsville! These ninjas were showing Sensei Weeks and Sempai C some serious levels of discipline and concentration to show off their balance skills!!

Moms everywhere deserve to be celebrated and showed how much we appreciate them... last week LVMA tried to do just that!
Last week we held our mom and me classes for a chance for all of our moms to train a little on the mat, try out what their kids do, and hang out with some other moms!
