There are still some tickets available for next Thursday!! Please join us for our Inaugural Melinda Watson Memorial Scholarship Fundraising Dinner! As some of you may know, Melinda Watson was a respected businessowner in Easton, and owned Ashley's Signature Restaurant. This scholarship, that has been so generously organized by her friends and family- will help grant culinary students the ability to take culinary classes without the worry of how to pay for it. This event will feature some of staples Ashley's was known for, made by our culinary students!! To purchase tickets, please contact Tracey Hixson at 610-417-9137😀

Our Summer Semester will bring some new changes to Hampton Winds! We will NO longer be open to the public on Wednesdays and Thursdays for lunch. Friday will be the only day we are open for our "Brunch Menu"! In addition to the menu, Chef John has planned to do theme brunch specials starting on Friday June 12th, that relate to what the culinary students are learning that week! Weekly specials will be posted every Monday! Hampton Winds reopens for Brunch on Friday, June 5th from 11:00am-12:30pm! Reservations are available on Open Table or by calling 610-861-4549 😀

This dinner welcomes back former graduates of our NCC Culinary Program, who alongside Chef Kayla and Chef John, will help our current students execute a tasting experience!
