PIZZA Pick Up Thursdays are back this week! 🍕

This week's student inspired pizza is a Mango Chili Tahin Pizza. As always, we have the classic margarita pizza available. Please email orders with pick up time for this Thursday. Pickups are from 5:00pm-6:30pm!

🍅🥕🍄For the month of September, we are taking part in the LV Vegan Chef Challenge! Throughout the month, restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley, PA, area will feature special vegan menu items. Diners have the opportunity to go out, enjoy meals, review/rate menus, and post photos of the delicious vegan meals they have ordered. QR Codes are on every menu for easy voting!

🍪 Bake Sale Alert! Support Bea’s CRP Scholarship Fundraiser! 🍪

Looking for a sweet treat that supports a fantastic cause? NCC school counselor Bea—a talented 2025 graduate of our Baking & Pastry Arts program—is hosting a bake sale to raise funds for the new Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP) Scholarship!

Her fundraiser will help establish an annual $1,500 scholarship for the next five years, as well as a long-term endowed scholarship to support students on their journey. We are so proud to cheer her on and help spread the word! 🎓✨
