The Bethlehem Sustainability Working Group is encouraging everyone to participate in New Hampshire's Eat Local challenge for the month of August.

The goal is to have Granite Staters celebrate food that is farmed, fished and produced in New Hampshire. A few of the benefits of eating local foods are:
They're fresher
They have more nutrients
They have more flavor
It supports the local economy
They use less packaging
The use less energy to transport them
