Any student residing in Pennsylvania, who is entering 9th,10th,11th or

12th grade is eligible to audition. Charter Arts' rigorous curriculum fosters both academic and artistic excellence. The school’s impressive Future Ready PA Index ranking, AP and Keystone exam statistics, student SAT scores, prestigious artistic accolades, and graduation rate are testaments to the outstanding education Charter Arts provides. The school offers a full complement of core courses at the College Preparatory (CP), Honors, and Advanced Placement (AP) levels.

What a wonderful morning at Charter Arts! We were thrilled to welcome our students back for the first day of school, with smiles, excitement, and our cherished First Day Rose tradition.

Since our school opened in 2003, each student has received a rose on the first day of school—a tradition that comes full circle at graduation, when they receive a final rose symbolizing their journey, growth, and accomplishments at Charter Arts. 🌹🎓

Yesterday, our staff, along with our student ambassadors, were excited to welcome all of our new incoming students for orientation, and today, the entire Charter Arts community is back together and ready for an incredible school year! We look forward to all of the creativity, artistry, discovery, and proud moments ahead.

U.S. News rankings consider factors including college readiness, state assessment performance, and graduation rates, among other measures.

This week, Musikfest continues to draw music lovers from across the country, and we're proud to see our students and alumni among the more than 400 acts taking its stages!

The Charter Arts Music Department certainly shined with a variety of performances Earlier this week, two recent graduates, Andi Schubert and Ella Bruch provided an impressive set at the Lutron Jazz Stage. Over the past two days our Contemporary Music Ensemble and Latin Music Ensemble delivered outstanding performances and received rave reviews over at Plaza Tropical!

Experiences like these provide invaluable real-world opportunities for our students.

Bravo and well done! We are so proud!

This incredibly talented group will take the Plaza Tropical Stage at 3:30 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Some of our previous promotions listed the performance at 4:30 PM, but the correct start time is 3:30 PM.

Enjoy an exciting variety of Latin music, vibrant rhythms, and outstanding performances from our amazing students.

Be sure to also stop by our Charter Arts tent on the Northside near the Crayola Experience tent in the FamilienPlatz near the creek.

It was a fantastic afternoon on the Plaza Tropical stage at Musikfest as our Communications & Media Studies students—sophomore Literary Arts majors—took the stage to introduce the bands they selected through ArtsQuest's Marketing Musikfest program.

Throughout the spring semester, our students partnered with the Musikfest team and Chief Programming Officer Pat Brogan to bring this showcase to life. From reviewing artist applications and booking talent to managing marketing, public relations, budgeting, sponsorships, design, and live event production, they gained invaluable hands-on experience in every stage of planning and producing a major music festival.

A special thank you to the talented artists our students selected for being part of this one-of-a-kind learning experience and helping bring their vision to life:
