🤖 We're always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of after-school robotics coaches!

What coaches do:
- Lead hands-on robotics and coding classes for students in grades K–12
- Mentor competition teams (FLL, FTC, VEX IQ) through their seasons
- Help run summer camps, birthday parties, and school programs

What we look for:
- Genuine enthusiasm for STEM and for teaching kids
- Experience with any of: LEGO® robotics, block coding, Python, Java, drones (but we'll train you on our specific platforms)
- Reliability and warmth (parents trust us with their kids every week)

🌿 FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge — BIOGLOW™ (Grades 4–8)
Teams explore biodiversity and the science of life on Earth through robot design, research, and innovation.

🔧 VEX IQ Robotics Competition — Level Up (Grades 5–8)
Teams of 2–5 tackle hands-on engineering challenges and strategic match play.

🐝 FIRST® Tech Challenge — BIOBUZZ™ presented by RTX (Grades 7–12)
Teams design and program robots to manipulate Pollen in head-to-head alliance matches.

We're growing our instructor team for the fall semester and are looking for high school and college students who:
— Love working with kids (grades K-9)
— Are reliable, communicative, and up for a little chaos-in-a-good-way
— Want to learn more about robotics and coding on the job

Whether you're studying education, engineering, CS, or just love mentoring kids, this is a great way to build your resume while doing something genuinely fun.

We believe robotics can spark a lifelong love of STEM — and this fall, we've got a class for every builder, from first-timers to future competitors:

🟠 Robot Explorers (Grades 1–3) — $185/4 weeks · 1 hr/week
Our youngest builders make real LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential robots move, light up, and respond, writing their first code through playful weekly challenges. No experience needed.
🟡 Intro to Robotics (Grades 3–6) — $255/4 weeks · 1.5 hrs/week
Students design and code robots that sense, decide, and act using our newest LEGO® Education kits — building real problem-solving and coding fluency.
🔵 FLL Challenge Class (Grades 3–6) — $275/4 weeks · 2 hrs/week
The bridge from building for fun to building to compete. Students tackle real FIRST® LEGO® League missions without the tournament schedule — often the launchpad to joining an FLL team.

Classes meet at our Bethesda studio, 7801 Woodmont Ave, serving families across Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, and the DC area.

We're looking for high school & college students who love working with kids to join our after-school instructor team this fall!
