Halloween food ideas 2020

I was nominated for Soboro by .living. The goal is by posting on the same day we will flood the hashtag and pages with spreading the recipe and culture of Soboro in the US.

Today, I made these two Halloween Soboro Bento boxes.
One is a high protein Jack-o'-lantern Soboro using eggs (4 whole eggs and 2 York’s) and beef. Another one is a low cholesterol and fat ghost Soboro using 6 egg whites, and green beans. Both faces are made by nori seaweed. Hope you love my Halloween bento!

When you carva Jack-o-lantern, save your pumpkin seeds and roast them! It would be a great snack!
