🎓 College Reveal Celebration 2026 🎉

We are incredibly proud of our Class of 2026! The college application process is challenging, and each student has shown determination, resilience, and hard work every step of the way.

On Friday of last week, CDI took scholars to our second annual Impact Day with ! It was an awesome day filled with learning, laughing and all of the above. A huge thank you to Deloitte for hosting us. Can’t wait to see what year three has in store!

At our recent orientation, CDI headquarters was packed with all 48 new members of the Class of 2028 – our largest starting cohort ever!

Our commitment to CDI Scholars is significant in time and trust. We are there from the summer before their junior year of high school through to college graduation. But we cannot make these commitments on our own.

Wow, what a night! This past Wednesday filled our cups with so many reasons to celebrate:
• Honoring Dr. Chelsey Green for her leadership in arts education
• Hearing from Avisa Tonekaboni, CDI Class of 2023, about how being a CDI Scholar made her college dreams possible and how she plans to give back in her future career as a dentist
• Recognizing three couples for their visionary support of CDI – Sarah and Winthrop Brown, Denise and John Buchanan, and Nancy and Bob Carr
• CDI’s 400th (🎉🥂🎊) Scholar graduating from college this spring
• Being together for a lovely evening with so many passionate supporters of education!

We are so grateful to each and every person who joined us on Wednesday night: from our Scholars and alumni, to our founders and visionary donors, mentors and corporate partners, to brand new folks coming out to learn more about CDI for the first time. Thank you all for a beautiful evening 💐

Our yearly 💵 MONEY MADNESS 💵 series starts in THREE DAYS! We’re starting on April 16th with Charge It Right: How Credit Cards Work led by Brittany Burroughs, Consumer Education Specialist at the FDIC. This session will cover how to responsibly use credit cards and build strong credit habits. See you there!
