Happy Hands Learning Center Bilingual Early Learning through The Arts A bilingual (English/ Spanish ) learning center that uses The Arts as teaching tools.

We believe that every child has the ability to acquire knowledge through The Arts. Exposure to Art is essential for the child's mental and social development. Through The Arts children can learn to express themselves and to develop their own sense of style.
